We were dealt by Katie . She was very understanding since we had no idea about Beds and she guided us to the right one .

We were served by Steve at Eastleigh store, he answered all our questions to our satisfaction. He showed us several beds and encouraged us to lie down to determine best bed for us. We were very satisfied with our visit and with Steve.

Explanation of items bought were explained and compared to other products

We were greeted by Steve who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was not pushy but listened to our requirements and insisted we try all ranges of mattresses on all price ranges.

We had looked around previously, and had decided on a mattress to buy. However on our return Steve took us through the pros and cons of the mattress type we were looking at and suggested alternatives. We had previously tried a Tempura mattress and didn't like it, and had assumed they were all the same. However Steve took us through the range, and we found they were not all the same, and eventually purchased a new, thicker, Tempura mattress. It was over twice as much as we were intending to spend, but it should last longer. We also purchased a Tempura pillow, a cool pillow, and a new mattress protector. These were on Steve's recommendation, and I have to say, the pillows are a great success.

Katie was very help full in helping us on the right furniture for inside the wardrobes that we needed even though the store was close to closeing

Natasha really helped us choose the right bed for us, giving us ample time to decide with no pressure. I would highly reccomend coming to the store just due to he experience Natasha provided.

i entered the chandlers ford branch at approximately 18.30, with a plan just to have a look at what options were available as i wasn't completely sure what i was looking for, but ended up purchasing a bed frame, mattress and pillows! The staff were very friendly and helpful even offering tea, coffee or cold drinks several times! Because i had entered the store half an hour before closing this meant Steve had to stay after his shift had finished to complete my order, which i was very greatful for!
