The sales assistants are really helpful and have good knowledge. I dealt with Bob first the manager and then placed my order with Katie both were very good.

Nice welcome to shop but left to browse first before assistant came to us. helpful assistant very friendly not pushy. Good range of beds and extras ie. bedding etc

The staff were very helpful and seemed pleased to see me. they knew their stock but never "pushed" any one product. they also left me to wander around freely but were ready to help when Iwanted

Staff are welcoming. Offered a drink, shown all relevant mattresses we were looking for and left to relax and try all mattresses in our own time, no rushing us. Given a chance to experience the 8 minute demo and offered lots of advice. Very satisfied with our experience at this store.

Very helpful and friendly assistant (Nicky, Dreams Chandler's Ford) gave us better pillows for us to try during our testing of beds. Good range of beds to choose from as well.

Extremely helpful member of staff

I was treated as an individual at all times. There was excellent communication and when i decided to alter the order there was no fuss made. It was an efficient service within the store at Eastleigh.

Excellent customer service and the lady listened to what we asked for. She couldn't have been more helpful yet gave us space and time. Can't praise her enough. She made its a very positive visit.

The store was brilliant, easy to park the staff were easily approachable and didn't pounce all over you like yout typical salesman, Steve explained everything in detail and gave us a honest opinion on what he believed would suit us and it does!
