Very pleasant atmosphere in store, made to feel welcome, relaxed, nothing too much trouble, non pressured sales which is highly attractive and good knowledge of products available.

Jack was very helpful, listened to us, recommended beds that were highlighted through the sleep match, explained all the different types of mattresses. Left us to try out the 2 mattresses we narrowed it done to. N o pressure for a sale. advised of offers on pillows/toppers etc. Would highly recommend this store to anyone that i know.

We were very happy with the service we were given. Immediately we were greeted by a happy welcome, and were given very in depth information about products by an employee with an extensive knowledge. The product we chose was extremely comfortable and we are very happy.

Jack was truly amazing! he understood are needs with the help of your diagnostics. With his great knowledge, he told us about the mattress that was recommended. maintaining covid restrictions and great customer service with offering tea and coffee.

The whole experience was very good from a friendly greeting to walking out with our purchase that we are very happy about. The sales attendant, Jack was extremely attentive without being overbearing. Allowing us plenty of time to digest the information given to us on our own and ask questions where necessary.

Jack (the customer sales assistant) was great. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and gave us enough time and space to make our decision. We were slightly overwhelmed with the choice and the price (even though we went for it) was a bit high for us. We liked the 0%APR offer.

The assistant was very helpful and led us to what we needed and advised us but also gave us time to decide .all the staff were very friendly and all covid restrictions were in place. It felt a safe environment to shop in
