I felt that the approach and help I received from David was good. Not once did I feel under pressure to make a purchase. I felt that my questions were answered honestly. I made up my mind to purchase my mattress in my own time and never felt rushed at all. I had looked elsewhere but feel that I have made the right choice to buy from Dreams.

The sales lady kept to her promise of calling me back to confirm the item I required was at Sale price. Also she was very helpful with my purchase and remembered me from previous visits to Dreams. I was also given a free mattress protector which will be very useful.

The layout of the store was spacious and easy to move around, the colour coding of mattress types was excellent and would have allowed us to find our way round independantly, however this wasn't necessary as the very polite, knowledgeable member of staff guided us around brilliantly. At no point were we rushed or pressured and we were given all the time we wanted to be sure of our choice. Our chosen mattress also had a fantastic discount.

Sales assistant was very helpful. We explained what we was looking for . Showed us a few matresses. Tryed them out . explained the difference and thern left us to make our own decisions . No sales pressure with we liked .

David knew about the products and answered all our questions. We wanted a good qaulity matress,staff were friendly.

Katie spent a good deal of time with me on 2 occasions making sure i made the right choice for my bed. She was very helpful, patient and answered all my questions. Katie has retored my faith in good customer service

The lady who dealt with us was informative without being pushy, understood our needs and pointed us towards the optimum products

Nicky was very helpful and knowledgeable and quickly understood our preferences. She did all she could to make sure we selected the mattress that would best suit our requirements.

We stopped in the chandlers Ford store and the service we received from the lady who served us was excilent. We didn't feel pressured into the sale and she gave us all the information and help that we needed. We are very much looking forward to receiving our bed.
