We were given assistance as soon we arrived in store. The types of mattresses were explained & we were given recommendations then left alone to try them out. Dave (Eastleigh store) was very friendly and welcoming. He popped by to ask after our progress, answer questions and then leave us alone again. Placing the order was speedy and painless

Our sales assistant (Katie) was incredibly helpful and considerate. We took 4 visits to finally make our decision and Katie was consistently supportive throughout the entire process.

David was immediately there to to assist with the location of the type of base we required and the area of the store we should go to making it a very efficient visit His knowledge of mattresses greatly assisted in our selection including pillows, something we had not considered. His manor was cheer full and not at all overbearing, a quality I have only ever seen in the shop keeper from Mr Benn, If you remember this kids TV show you'll know what I mean.

We met Natasha in Eastleigh store and she was very helpful and provided information needed.

Very helpful and friendly.helped us pick the right mattress for us ,gave us the choice for extra ie mattress protector and 8year ganrantee.provided me with enough informarion to make a decision on what wofks for me.i've bought my dream bedframe for a reasonable price in the best way I can afford . We were very satisfied with everything concerning the buying of our bed and pillows. We dealt with Steve and we were very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

I walked into the store and was greeted by an assistant and a smile called Nicky, her knowledge of what I was looking for was faultless, I didn't feel rushed, and it felt very personal, everything was explained in simple understandable terms, I found my new mattress, took up the bed cover bought a pair of Egyptian cotton pillows, and arranged the delivery of the new mattress and the collection of my old one with ease and absolute confidence. I will be advising my family and friends to visit this store.

There was a good variety of mattresses available for inspection, and testing. We also appreciated the concept of pillows being available. The salesman knew -or seemed to know ! - what he was talking about, which helped us make our decision. We were also amused that he manager made us a cup of tea while the salesman continued to deal with us. It showed a good staff relationship pattern.

The assistant we dealt with, Robert, was very knowledgeable, patient and understanding of our needs. Everyone in the store was very friendly and patient as we had two young children with us. We are very pleased with the bed and mattress we have ordered though will only be able to assess value for money once we have used it for a period of time.

David the sales rep was very knowledgeable about all products on display and took the time to listen to what we were after and made very good recommendations based on this. Very smooth easy experience and we had plenty of time alone to make our decisions without feeling pressured into buying anything.
