Dreams - Eastleigh

Steve and Robert were most helpful in helping us to select the bed we required. They offered alot of advice but were not pushy. They had good product knowledge and were very personable.

We were first welcomed by David at your Eastleigh branch who immediately asked us what we were looking for and offered us refreshments to drink whilst we discussed our requirements. As I had no clue on what a tog even was he thouroughly explained which duvet would be best from what we had told him . Also, Robert the store manager who was dealing with my mothers order at the time and I couldn't believe the level of customer service we received. They truely compliment your company and we will be coming back time and time again .

Steve was very helpful and had good knowledge of products being sold.

Friendly greeting on arriving in the store, shown serveral mattresses and given detailed explanation on the differences. We were also offered refreshments, nice touch! We were then given time to re-try the ones we liked on our own and come to our own desicion without feeling pushed into it. When ready to purchase Steve had already checked delivery lead time to make sure we were happy, good use of innitative. Overall excellent service, very impressed.

Upon arriving at the store we wete given specific advice on the quality of matresses. We were talked through the difference on coton. Cotton wool mixes and man made fibres. Are search was between two and then a finsl decision was made.

I like that, when we first went into the store and began looking, a member of staff came over to check we were ok and if they could help but then left us to look, didn't breathe down our necks or pressure us to decide. Once we had decided on the bed frame and we moved to the mattresses, the colleague was really helpful,and friendly, explained to different types of mattresses and then guided us to the ones that met our needs, was very helpful and sociable.

The service that I received was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for Steve who helped me to choose. He showed me lots of options and was highly knowledgeable answering all my questions and making recommendations to suit my needs. He was also very patient whilst I was struggling to choose. Thanks to Steve I am very happy with my purchase

I was helped by Robert, who I think might be the Store Manager. He was extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. I have put N/A to two questions as the mattress has not yet been delivered so cannot yet comment. I bought a Tempur pillow which is not as good as I had hoped. Not helped my neck. Waste of money.

I have used Dreams before and was very happy to go back again. I walked in the store and was greeted immediately in a friendly non-pushy way. I said what I was looking for and was taken straight to the beds and then the mattresses. David had a lot of knowledge and was very helpful.
