When I arrived at the Store your assistant approached me and straight away was very friendly and even offered us a cup of tea!! To be honest I had no intention of buying from the store, I was just comparing it to Benson for Beds as I was going to purchase from them, I had seen what I had wanted already online and was effectively passing through. After I had left your store I went to Benson's and was underwhelmed by their customer service compared to yours so left the store and went back to your Dreams store and bought the bed your assistant David helped me find. Overall I am pleased with the whole experience and hope David gets some sort of recognition for his customer service as I was in the store at different times and received a consistent service from him. A BIG thank you to David.

The person who attended to both me and my son was excellent. We initially went in order for my son to buy himself a new bed but I then decided that I might be interested in getting a new bed and I was given just as much attention as my son although I had already heard about the beds available.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful and understanding of my needs and whatbu was looking for.

I was quickly greeted and the types of mattress explained in a cheerful way.

We were looking for advice regarding the best mattress / bed for our needs, We had been to other shops beforehand and had not really found what we were looking for. On entering the store Nicky introduced herself and gave us some initial information. Other colleagues including Nicky were with other customers at the same time. She told us how the store was set up and where we should concentrate our time. When she was fully available Nicky let us know but did not pressurise us. The manager also introduced himself but did not attempt to take over from Nicky. He did offer us information from his own experience. Nicky was very knowledgeable and we felt that we made an informed choice at the ends of our visit.

I went into this store looking for a specific bed. As soon as I walked in, there was someone there to help me. He knew exactly where the bed was that I was looking for. Told me everything I need to know. It was the last day of the sale too, so I placed my order that day. It was all very quick, no waiting around at all. Very happy with the overall experience and would most definitely return in the future!
