Friendly but not overbearing or in your face sales staff. Excellent product knowledge and advice to suit our needs. Very smooth process from viewing to transaction.

Staff were super friendly and well informed. This is the second time I had visited the store and they remembered me. Very clean and a great selection of products.

Firstly Rob and his colleagues were very apologetic for not being able to assist us the previous week due to being short staffed in a busy period. Secondly Rob was extremely knowledgeable of all the products! He was aware that customers have a budget and described all the advantages and disadvantages of each mattress. He made sure that we knew which type of mattress we liked in terms of firmness and he carried the pillows from bed to bed.

Very friendly and helpful staff. With a high knowledge of the products they was selling.
