Salesman was extremely knowledgeable friendly and helpful. Spent a lot of time with us but didn't put any pressure on us. A good experience all-round.

Customer Service at its best! We first visited in August to buy a bed and mattress for our new home and was assisted by Steve in the Eastleigh store. He spent ever such a long time with us, helping us choose the right thing for us. At no point was he pushy or sales driven, just eager to meet our needs. We bought the bed during that visit but did not want to commit to the mattress until our finances were clearer once our new home had completed. We visited again yesterday and once again Steve was brilliant - ever so patient and driven to meet our needs. We knew we would need Finance and Steve clearly knew the details inside out and backwards. We decided upon a mattress, placed the order, got the finance and agreed on a perfect date for delivery. We were so pleased with the way we were treated. Good on you Steve!!

We were offered help at the start and we wanted to look on our own to start with. Steve then came to check on us and see how we were doing and gave us so much help as well as knowledge and his own experiences and stories. We both felt comfortable and at ease with Steve and he was very friendly to us and didn’t push us to buy if we didn’t want to.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. No hard sell, which is a pet hate of mine! Flexible with delivery and helpful with recommending a way to purchase to fit around house move. Made the whole transaction easy.

We visited the Chandlers Ford branch yesterday. Natasha assisted us with choosing a matress. She understood my needs due to a back injury I'm still coping with. She was really friendly and not at all pushy. She allowed us to try mattresses without us feeling pressured and was ready to advise with a lot of knowledge when we needed her. She stayed past her working hours without making us feel rushed skills that we could complete our purchase. Natasha is a real credit to your company, I hope she has recognition for her professionalism, friendly and very helpful customer service.

The team in Eastleigh branch are very welcoming and help full and also took the time to spend with my partner and self to ensure both parties had equal opportunity to look at a variety of products at different price ranges to make a comparison. Also they shared personal experience and product knowledge, not at the most expensive ranges too to offer alternative slightly cheaper options. Also we were offered different ranges of products yet not pushed to purchase them if they weren't correct for our individual needs and also offered cheaper alternatives if they were out of our budget as well but keeping comfort in mind.

sales person was very knowledgeable, honest and we didn't feel like we were pushed into a sale. He made sure we had plenty of time to try and re-try the mattresses. Had lots of patience with my 2 year old who also wanted to try the beds, family friendly store.
