We were well looked after and there were no pushy sales techniques.The staff member was knowledgeable and helpful.We have purchased from this store before and when there was an issue with the bed it was sorted out to our satisfaction.

Considering that we (my wife and I) were only visiting the Dreams Shop to do some research, with a view to then making the purchase for a mattress online, I should say that I was highly impressed with the sales assistant (Steve) who dealt with us. I had almost decided that I would buy from either Eve or Casper, but after trying the beds in the Dreams showroom, and mainly due to the guidance, friendliness and the knowledgable Steve, I changed my mind completely. The fact it would cost me approximately £100 more than I had budgeted for, I felt confident that the Dreams bed and service I would receive was superior to any online company I was contemplating buying from.

The assistant was very helpful, explained to me what the cheap option was I had seen online and why another option might be better. He understood my requirements and showed me several options including the cheap option so I could contrast and compare. He was very friendly and the ordering was quick and easy. It helped I was the only customer and he was not feeling pressured to deal with any one else but he was still very good.

Very friendly sales assistant David at the Eastleigh store. Listened to what we wanted and showed the ranges. Made us tea and let us alone to discuss which if very nice. No pressure sales.

Your Sales assistant Katie was very helpful and helped us both immensely when we were choosing the mattress for our needs and budget. Katie was very knowledgeable about all the mattress products. She did not rush us at all whilst we were there but guided us. We paid a lot of money for our mattress and wanted to make sure it was the right one.

Your assistant was very knowledgable about the products and immediately understood us when we told her what we were looking for. She left us to try out several beds without pressurising us and was then available to answer our questions. As we both have back problems, we were very glad to hear that we can try the bed for a month, so we were happy to go ahead with our purchase.

We were made most welcome, and Steven listened to our needs and showed,explained and we were able to try out many beds until we found the one we wanted.

The sale assistant was highly informative and helpful without being pushy, I asked questions and she looked online to support her explanation of the complexity of the choices. She also made me a coffee and I felt my needs were met fully, thanks and well done Nicky!

The staff Member, Natasha, was extremely helpful in finding a suitable product but did not try to influence our choice. We were also given coffee and additional help by her manager when other customers needed her. The store was very well laid out, all items clearly labelled and everything clean and tidy. A pleasure to shop there. We have shopped at Dreams before and were always well satisfied.
