Dreams - Eastleigh

I was greeted upon arrival and asked if assistance was needed. Explained that I was looking for a product suitable for a specific back issue and was guided towards products and given comprehensive details as to how the various beds/mattresses would provide support - the suitability and cost. Tempura pillow provided to try as this was also considered for purchase. David was very personable but not over bearing and provided details and answered queries - offered a nice cup of tea and left us to discuss and continue to try out the various options. Very happy with the service the knowledge base and honest guidance offered given cost to be considered. Purchase made and delivery booked. Great experience with polite and accommodating approach - wish all purchases were this easy given the importance of information needed to ensure a good nights sleep fits the needs of the specific customer - well done David - good customer service and sale secured by very happy customer.

Katie who delt with me was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for and showed me the options that would be any good for me. Even though she was pregnant at the time she was happy to show me around the show Room. She knew the process of form filling like the back of her hand so the time taken to fill it out was minimal. Always smiling.

Staff were attentive without being pushy. Staff were also helpful and gave confidence in the products.

We thought we would give Dreams another try as our last experience with them in a different branch was overall very bad and we vowed not to go back. However, we agreed to try a different branch as the products offered were never the problem, just the last service we received. In the Eastleigh branch, we were left to browse at first, then given pointers to what we wanted, then assistance in the nicest way. The assistant, Nicky was very helpful but not pushy. She even offered us coffee! We did not feel rushed but highly informed and helped to make the right decision for us. Excellent service very glad we went in.

THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS BEWILDERING FROM THE OUTSET, BUT THE ASSISTANT EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL, AND ENABLED ME TO MAKE THE CHOICE MUCH EASIER

Staff were welcoming as soon as we walked in offering tea or coffee, I had seen a product online and wanted to see it in person and staff were quick to show me the product and giving me good information about it and showing me other beds similar. Staff were very helpful about information on delivery dates, about having the opportunity to have the bed assembled on delivery and about the cover that could be provided which I think is a good value for 8 years. Purchase was very quick and easy. The overall shop was very clean and spacious with lots to show and offer. Very happy with my visit to dreams and the product I have purchased I can't wait for it to arrive.

I was served by a lovely lady who had a really good knowledge of the Tempur products. She gave me confidence and accurate guidance to enable me to chose the right mattress. Very helpful and great customer service. Will definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

The member of staff, Rob, was very welcoming, explained all our options very well, and was very friendly.
