Steve was very helpful. He asked us what we were interested and in and knew the time restrictions for delivery. He identified suitable products and check delivery and stock availability. When looking at the mattress he was helpful in ensuring we checked alternative similar products to ensure we got the best for us. He was attentive friendly and very supportive.

The colleague who served me Robert was incredibly courteous at no time was I rushed in making my decision. I was offered a coffee and advised to take as long as I wanted. I had been in the store previously and Robert remembered me. I was returning to the store as my first visit 2 weeks previously had been cut short before I could place my order, due to a crisis with my son. At that point there was a sale on the Tempur mattress I was interested in. Because of the level of service I returned to the store on Friday and proceeded with my planned purchase even though the sale price was no longer available and resulted in an increase cost of almost £300 and the delivery time was now much longer but I guess that is the price you pay for god quality service and your success. I very much look forward to receiving my new bed and would not hesitate to recommend Dreams to others as the quality of service I received was second to none. So thank you

The knowledge of Rob who served me was very good and he could not have been more helpful I had been into the store a couple of weeks previously but had to leave before I was able to place my order as my son had a medical emergency it was because of my first experience that I decided to return to the store and despite the sale price that was previously offered no longer being available and the items now being more expensive I went ahead with my planned purchases as I felt incredibly happy with the level of service provided which gave me confidence to proceed with the purchase. My only negative was that the delivery time had extended by a few weeks so I will have to wait but I guess that is a testament to the success of your business
