The customer service was excellent.

I visited on two occasions Both times the staff greeted and directed us.We were given opportunity to try sleep match mattress. I did this alone and again in second visit with my better half. We were shown mattresses that varied in manufacturing and price and were allowed time to try them and make decisions without pressure. Very very impressed with safety measures and cleanliness of Eastleigh store We were offered refreshments on both occasions. Over all a great experience.

was looking on the dreams web to break down possible bed to sleep on so we went to Dreams so when got to the shop we tried the bed trail of course and was surprising findings so we tried all 4 bed Mattresses and we loved the one that was the first one just inside the door of the shop the sales rep was very good in his job the name of the person was Jake from Dreams chandlers ford Eastleigh Hampshire

Excellent service from Jack at Chandlers Ford Branch, he was very nice, took time to understand our needs, and clearly wanted to get us the right product rather than just trying to sell the most expensive. All products were offered regardless of the price. This was a very relaxing experience with no pressure selling at all. Very pleased.

Very friendly staff as soon as you walked in. Did not pressure you on trying to sale you something different to what you wanted.

Greeted pleasantly by Nicola who then went on to be SO helpful that we were able to decide,settle and pay relatively quickly. Nicola showed such product savvy and helped us to decide having seen the whole range,which product best suited our needs ! Looking forward to delivery - much quicker than other stores we have dealt with .

Jack was really really helpful and didn't at all feel rushed into making a decision, he made our little boy Theo our 9year old son feel important and listened to his needs and likes as it was his bed we were looking for ( which of course Theo loved ) he printed off some designs and information for us to take home so we could decide exactly what we wanted so like I said not rushed. He even remembered Theo's name when we came back the next day:) BIG SHOUT OUT TO JACK THANK YOU.
