Dreams - Eastleigh

Went to purchase a mattress - found what was needed after being shown a selection - were not hurried to decide on choice of mattress - had purchased, paid and on the way home within an hour - very pleased with the store.

The Store was particularly busy but the assistant did not unduly rush and listened to my requirements. I was interested in the Therapur range as I had tried these before and was given advice on the whole range. This lead to understanding the benefits of selecting the 2000D mattress over a 1000, which did appeal to me! Questions relating to colours and drawer options were answered with examples. Once I decided on the purchase I was given a selection of delivery dates with the earliest from 2 weeks, though I selected one much later to enable the bedroom to be completed! During the final transactions I was offered a cup of tea and advice on returns etc. A good, satisfying experience!

Despite our lack of knowledge as to exactly what we needed, the sales advisor gave us excellent guidance on which products would suit our needs based on our requirements. This, together with her experience and feedback from other customers helped us to find the right product.

The assistant Nicky was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Given expert information on the products we were interested in and then left to try out the products with no hassle. We make our minds up about which product suited us best and again we were supported by Nicky to make our purchase

Visited Dreams intially to do a bit of research ahead of making a purchase later on in the sales. Spoke to Nicky who was very bubbly, more than happy to answer all my questions and made what could have been a confusing experience, painless and enjoyable. Nicky didn't mind at all when I said I wouldn't be purchasing today although she did explain I would not lose out because of the price promise. I did walk out not only with all the info I needed and quotes but also with some lovely bargain bedding to keep me going. I will be back Nicky.
