We had a good chance to look around before the sales assistant came to help which was perfect. She then answered our questions and pointed us in the right direction for our mattress needs without being pushy or trying to make us feel patrinised by not going for one of the more expensive matresses. She was friendly and although suffering with a heavy cold kept professional. (Assistant : Nicky)

The overall experience was helped enormously by Rob, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during our time at the store.

There was assistance available immediately upon entering the store. He very quickly narrowed down our requirements and showed us the best options available giving us relevant information on the differences between them. We were then left alone to look more closely and talk between ourselves...no pressure felt at all. Simon was then quickly on hand again when we had made our decision.

Not harassed when entered store

We were helped immediately. Our needs were listened to and matched to the benefits of the product which we purchased. The various things that we needed to consider were explained with professional confidence.

The staff had a great knowledge of their product and helped me to select the correct product for my needs. They were very patient with me and I never felt pushed.

Highly satisfied as I checked online the day previous to going and I managed to find everything in store and it was how i imagined it would be from looking online. The prices are affordable, compared to other stores I looked at online (example - Benson for beds). The lady, Nicky, who helped us throughout was very kind, understanding, and interacted with our 4 children (And as you can imagine, bed shopping isn't fun for little ones!) So we found this very helpful and felt like we could relax during our shopping visit.

We only went in to browse and ended up ordering 2 beds and 2 mattresses. Our sales man spent a lot of time with us, gave us all the options then left us alone for 10 minutes to think and discuss our options. No pressure to buy and were shown the exact beds we were looking for (solid wood frame without slats). He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
