The customer service we received from Nicky was superb. She had excellent product knowledge and was really friendly, warm and professional. She didn’t make us feel rushed or pressurised and went the extra mile for me, providing a small area where I could feed my newborn son and even getting me a water. I was really impressed. I was also really impressed with the price and comfort of the sofa. Nothing else we have looked at could compete with the quality at that price. All in all it was a really positive experience and we would definitely use Dreams again when looking for a bed or sofa bed.

The team were very personable and didn't come across as overly 'salesy' or 'pushy' yet were clearly knowledgeable and understood their products. Overall service was friendly and offered just the right level of product knowledge that was helpful and not forced.

I thought that the knowledge of Rob was great. He was not pushy. I selected bed and then said I want to compare with other shops. Went to Next and Furniture Village the service and knowledge was a million times better at Dreams so I went back same day and completed purchase. Rob was embarrassed when he released he had not offered me a drink, but that is no problem he was ignoring my daughter need to lay down in the tempur pod!

The lady who attended to us was very knowledgeable and wasn't at all pushy.

We were able to easily locate the items we were looking for and engage a member of the sales staff to assist us with our purchase. There were no issues and we were in and out within a short period of time. Everything exceeded our expectations.

The staff were all very friendly, we were offered drinks while we were looking around and our two young children were also welcomed and there was colouring there to keep them entertained

We were approached with respect and listened to, Katie showed us around the store explaining mattress comforts and gave us time to try some out, she offered us a cuppa and made herself available when we were ready to order.
