The product we required at a reasonable price and very helpful staff at this location.

we where very satisfied with the friendly sales person she was very good with us and patient and left us to decide with out hassle and a nice cup of tea, was good that we was given a pillow as well good idea that is.. There was a few to choose from so quite a few to try, hope we have got the right one.

David was the reason for the high marks cause he wasn’t overly pushy yet understood my needs in a bed without a shadow of doubt. Offered us teas and coffees and asked if my little boy would like a balloon. Overal felt very comfortable with him from the very start :)

My daughter and I were welcomed into the store and after giving your member of staff the details of what we required, we were shown a group of products within the price range we wanted and then given the chance to lie down on various beds and discuss their finer points without being persuaded over-energetically to hurry to make our choice or to commit ourselves. When we went over to the sales counter to ask for additional information this was provided straightaway and cheerfully. When we said we wanted to go away and think over our possible purchase overnight, it was made clear to us that this was quite acceptable, although we were reminded - gently - that the sale was only on till Tuesday, i.e. for another 3 days. When I returned the next day, I received a friendly welcome and all the paper work and delivery details were dealt with politely and efficiently. I look forward to receiving my new bed later this month and on the delivery note I was able to choose to suit me. Thank you Dreams!

Katie in the Southampton store was fantastic. I previously purchased from this store 11 years ago. They still had me on system and was able to tell me what mattress I purchase. Even tho you no longer do that make she was able to find out from other staff member from their memory what kind off mattress it was I.e no roll/firm etc. This was all done by phone, from the description from the staff member she was able to match me with a couple off alternative mattress. I then went into the shop same day and tried them. 15 mins later mattress purchased and delivery booked.

Although the shop was busy The shop assistance made me feel he was catering to my needs only and did not hurry me. Very knowledgeable about the product.

We went into the store to purchase a mattress, and with help from a friendly assistant that is what we did.

Good choice with style of items clearly colour identified. System clearly explained by staff and made selection easier. Excellent choice of styles. Coffee offered. Put at ease by staff. Discount available but it was still a lot money to pay for mattress but reassured by returns policy. All round a pleasant experience.
