Staff were very knowledgable about products but were not over bearing. We were given plenty of time to try different beds and at no time did we feel under pressure to buy.

Staff were excellent and helped keep our 2 year old amused by blowing up a balloon for her and playing catch so we could concentrate on discussing what we wanted. Steve the member of staff who served us was very friendly helpful and answered all questions well showing good knowledge of products and check a couple of things for us quickly. We were provided with cups of tea and time and space to think without pressure to buy. The most helpful and friendly bed store we have visited in our search for a bed (others visited were John Lewis, Bensons, Bradbees, and one other that I can't even remember the name of).

Very helpful and informative assistant. She explained the colour coding system for the mattresses and explained about the difference between the slats on the bed base. Offered us a drink and was quick with the paperwork.

Very friendly assistant who was knowledgeable, approachable and offered advice appropriate to our needs. We were shown various options so that we could chose what was best for us. I was impressed with the quality of the products and found what we were looking for.

We kind of knew what we were looking for but needed a little assistance, which we had not received at all from Bensons, when we went in there earlier. We drove quickly over 15 minutes to reach you before the shop closed and were very pleased with the help and level of attention and assistance that we received.

The store had a good range of matresses that matched my requirements. David the assistant was very knowledgable and not pushy. He was patient and showed us many alternatives to our needs. He allowed us time alone and incentives to clinch a sale. The experience was fun and results gained all round. Despite feeling pretty ill with a lingering illness all was a pleasant experience

My visit to dreams in chandlers ford was extremely satistifactory because of Steve, I came in with a rough idea with what I wanted. Steve walked me through the different types of mattresses, until we found the one which was best for me. And because of my bad back. This was very important for me. Steve was ever so helpful and really made me feel comfortable making this purchase. An excellent salesman without the pushy reputation salesman have.
