The sales lady Katie listened to want I wanted showed and advised on all products.

Nicky is a super sales assistant. She greeted me really warmly, was extremely sympathetic and helpful and knowledgeable. Her two other colleagues also made some suggestions, there was no hard sell and i felt very well looked after. I will definitely come back when i need another bed

The staff introduced themselves and gave me a brief introduction to the products but did not hover so that I felt pressured(this I do not like and would leave the store) but I knew where they were when I needed more information and was ready to make my purchase.

The service I received from Katie in the Eastleigh Retail Park Store was excellent , nothing was too much trouble . Katie listened to what I wanted to purchase ,I had already looked on line so I had some idea of what I wanted she answered all my questions and let me look around the store to compare other options .Katie didn't rush me and made me feel at ease. I would not hesitate to tell family and friends about my excellent shopping experience at Dreams.

On entering store we were met by Steve, had a brief chat about what we were looking for let us carry on to lookat stock then came back to go through the various types of beds which would be suitable , as i have severe back pain he advised on what would be a suitable choice, left it up to us to decide under no pressure on costs Under no pressure when at desk , down to us entirely on what we purchased, very good.

Steve was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to go through all our needs and gave us options for the price range we were looking for. Offered us a tea and allows us to take our time to make the decision.
