Dreams - Eastleigh

This was the second time I have bought something in Dreams. I went back there, because my first experience was excellent. The second one was even better. Rob's customer service skills are amazing. Very friendly service and he told us all the information what we needed to make the right decision. We've been there like for 2 hours but he wasn't anxious. The quality of the products are also pretty good. I'm very happy with the mattress I've bought in September 2017 and I'm sure our new sofabed will be the same happiness.

The staff left us to explore the store and browse at our pace, giving help and advice when we asked for it! The staff member that served us stayed behind after store closing to complete our order for us

The store was easy to find and on arrival I was asked if I needed any assistance. I explained what I was looking for and Rob, the customer assistant, took me round and explained various options. There was no pressure and he was very helpful.

Served by a gent called Dave who was superb in both product knowledge and speed of ordering.

We were greeted when we entered the store by a friendly and knowledgeable member of staff who dealt with us throughout. We had three children with us who were given drinks, colouring and were encouraged to try the beds. We never felt pushed into a sell and were given space and time for decision making. Will return to this store again without a doubt.

David was lovely. Helped myself and my partner decide on purchasing our first bed together. Offered tea and coffee (he knows how to make a decent cuppa too). Also helped my grandparents who tagged along to help us. They're getting a bed tomorrow from Dreams. Thank you so much for interest free credit also.
