Steve the customer assistant in the store was very helpful with our service and assured we were happy with our product before deciding on it. Very polite staff and felt at home when I was offered a nice cuppa!

The relaxed, very efficient, helpful and knowledgable member of your staff member (Nicola Alicia) made the difficult job a choosing a new mattress a very pleasant experience. She quickly helped us home in our our preferred mattress style which enabled us to short list two and then gave us time and space (and a cup of tea) to make our choice. The final process of completing paperwork and making payment was efficient and pain free we purchased some additional add-ons (pillows) but never felt pressured to do so and the advice around add-ons and extras was welcome and not overtly 'salesy'.

The sales person was very helpful. We found what we were looking for quickly and would definitely use Dreams again.

You could relax and look around and you could also try out which ones you like ive have shop before at Dream and keep comming because i find what i want and at a price i want.
