We were served by Nicola at the Eastleigh branch. She was fabulous. She was really friendly and put us at ease. She gave us plenty if time and space and we did not feel at all pressured. She even made us a coffee! She had loads of product knowledge too. We may not have made a purchase without her help and great attitude.

Within a few minutes of entering the store an assistant, Dave, made himself known to us and offered us refreshment, which we accepted. He then chatted with us, instead of to us, and found out what we were looking for. He then took us to the beds that were most suited to our requirements, which my daughter and fiancé tried. With the knowledge and assistance of the assistant, Dave, my daughter and her fiancé decided on the Tempur Cooltouch, as her fiancé gets hot very quickly all year round no matter what the weather. My daughter and her fiancé are now looking forward to receiving delivery of their mattress. At no point during our visit did Dave make us feel pressured into making a decision, he even gave us time to go back to the 2 mattresses to retry on our own just to make sure our decision was the correct one. I have no quarms about recommending this store to anyone and even returning myself when I renew my own bed. The whole process was made so simple and stress free by Daves friendliness, knowledge of the product and time he spent listening and understanding our requirement.
