The guy who served me was very very helpful . I am now looking at sofa beds but was disappointed that there was only a few sofa beds for me to sit on at the eastliegh store

On arriving in the store there where assistants available waiting to assist us. The assistant was polite and listened to our needs. He then showed us a range of mattresses for trial that would suit our needs. The one he thought would best suit our needs actually turned out to be the first mattress he got us to try, so it was good that he took the time understanding our request and he obviously new the product he was selling.

We were approached by a lovely sales member Tam, he showed us all items available, understood our needs and was very good at reading out minds and body language. We even got a cuppa tea, he was very relaxed and approachable which helped us finally make a decision on a matterace (2 month search). In fact we were even offered to sign up for a golf tournament at the end :)

Fantastic customer service we received from your Dreams store in Eastleigh on Sunday 18/2. Purchasing a bed is pretty daunting, but your Sales Advisor, Steve took care of us & led us through the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and took his time to ask questions to find out which beds he thought were best to demonstrate. He took his time and spoke very clearly, explaining what we should be looking out for when trying out each bed. He structured the whole demonstration simply, showing us three beds he thinks would suit us best. He then left us to try them out ourselves, which helped as it gave us the opportunity to discuss and retry each one without feeling pressurised, he even made us a lovely cup of coffee! We now understand a lot more about choosing the right bed and how important it is to get the right one. Our bed was delivered on time as arranged and we absolutely love our bed, so pleased we came to Dreams! Therefore, we will definitely be coming back to Dreams for the next bed we buy and have no hesitation in recommending you to all of our family and friends as we’ve received such excellent customer service!
