We were greeted with a friendly welcome and an enquiry as to our needs and directed to the relevant area. The agent directed to the mattress test facility explained it’s function. At no time did we feel under any pressure to proceed we were allowed to move at our own pace and in our own time with our questions quickly and clearly answered. In the final selection of the relevant mattresses we were left completely alone to decide the final choice although he agent was available if needed and at no time did we feel any coercion of any description.

Rob was very professional and took time going through all the various options open to me in a clear and concise manner.

Having called into your Store and been given some information we planned to go back with some colour swatches to enable us to decide on the colour of headboard. When we did we had the bed test and were then shown every available option of mattress recommended to us. We were made to feel very important and nothing was too much trouble. Certainly impressed. We did actually go to a different company and after 15 minutes we’re still waiting to be acknowledged.We would not hesitate to shop with you again. Thank you

Brilliant customer service

This was an urgent order as my husband had a stroke the day before. I needed to order an adjustable bed quickly. The assistant was extremely helpful and talked me through my options with no pressure to buy. I was very satisfied with the beds and mattresses available, and was allowed to try them out with a disposable cover on the pillows. The wait time for delivery is very acceptable. Thank you Dreams for making my visit stress free.

Very helpful sales person, not pushy. Explained everything well and answered all our questions well. Felt that we were not rushed and could take our time. Offered tea/coffee. Very curteous and polite. Were made to feel we we valued customers

We received assistance within a minute of entering into the store. The salesman introduced himself (Steve) to us and asked if he could assist us. Steve went through everything thoroughly with no pressure. He recommended four options for us and went through the benefits of each option. We were then left to go through the options again on our own with no pressure. We tried all the options again and decided what mattress we wanted. We called Steve over, he took our order and explained further options Pillows, payments & delivery etc. Excellent service from start to finish.

I dealt with Jack (new in job) and he was really keen to help but without being overbearing.

The staff were friendly. They knew their stuff and the lady who served me was very knowledgeable. We were offered a drink and the safety of all was paramount
