Robert was attentive and informative

The whole experience was pleasant. Customer Service was second to none. Offered a cup of tea or coffee the minute we entered the store but we weren't pestered by the salesman. Tam gave us plenty of time to browse and try out the mattresses but was on hand to answer all our questions to find the right one. I also liked the fact that there was no pressurised sales talk. I felt comfortable and valued as a customer which is why I bought today.

Dave was very friendly and delivered great customer service! Couldn’t fault him at all! Was great at recommending the best products and which best suit our needs.

When I came in the shop they were so nice and said if we needed anything just shout and offered us a coffee

All staff were friendly and welcoming. Steve was knowledgeable and understood my needs and listened to what i needed

We were met by Rob who listened to every thing that we were looking for who went out of his way to work with us, whilst being patient and caring to our needs. He worked later than the shops opening time to ensure that we left satisfied

On entering the store i was confronted by a large and somewhat confusing array of beds. After a brief stroll i was approached by Dave ( salesman) he offered to help if I needed it. I did, and after a few questions suggested 3 beds I should try. Gave me a pillow and offered tea or coffee I asked for water and he left me to try the beds whilst he fetched the water . We then discussed the "technical" attributes of each bed after which I made a selection. So my experience was of a nice store and I was helped ,without pressure, from an experienced and helpful person.

I would normally have put satisfied in any survey such as this but I was prepared to say Highly satisfied because of the service we received from Natasha. We returned 3 times and on each visit she spent considerable time helping us. I do not enjoy any kind of hard sell and in fact I would happily walk away if that was to happen. Natasha was spot on with her approach and that approach undoubtedly helped us make the decision to buy what is, to be honest, a very expensive mattress.

It was all down to the employee Tam (Thomas) who was really great. He was available when needed, approached us without feeling like we were being tailed and forced into anything. He gave us some memory foam pillows each to walk around and try in the beds. He gave us some space which was really good because I think he understood it's quite personal to pick a bed and also a big investment that we needed to discuss, however he was always still nearby if we needed anything. He also asked us if we wanted a tea or coffee which was a really nice touch. He built a really good rapport with us too and was really easy to deal with. He made sure we understood all of the paper work and explained what everything meant and why he was doing it. The store overall was really clean and nicely laid out. Very glad we dealt with him...thanks!

Friendly service with no hard sell. Was offered extra cover, coffee/tea, use of comfy pillows etc. Tam had good knowledge of the products and was friendly and helpful without pushing us towards anything too expensive or over budget.
