Dreams - Eastleigh

Nicky quickly introduced herself when I entered the store - she informed me where the item was that I came to look at. She let me look unattended for a few moments which was nice and then came up to see how I was getting on. She helped me make my choice and offered advice on mattress and cover etc and also went over and above to keep my daughter (3) occupied while I placed the order. Very easy to look around and place the order.

Went to visit my local dreams as preferred being able to see it in person before ordering. Staff were very helpful and delivery date was better than if ordered online

Very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff, who talked us through all our questions and was very helpful. We also found exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price.

We were server but Tam in the Eastleigh branch, he approached us when we came in store however he was never too pushy and we didn’t feel he was simply straight after the sale, very helpful and funny guy, made the visit to the store a lot more comfortable.

dave was very helpful seemed to have a good knowledge of the product he was selling and was good humored

Large range of mattresses to try, decent prices. We were assisted by David who was very helpful and explained the different types of mattresses, he even got the kids some balloons which kept them busy while we shopped

Very welcoming as we walked into the shop Nicky introduced her self and let us be then helped us with a brilliant service selling us are new bed a mattress 👍🏻

Our assistant Steve was very welcoming and helpful. He ensured we had as much information as we needed before leaving us to have a look around the store on our own. Waiting for us to come back to him when we were ready
