The gentleman who assisted us, Tam was very friendly and made us feel at ease, unlike some stores. All the questions we asked, Tam replied with good knowledge and we appreciated his assistance. Very nice gentleman.

Helpful information given, opportunity to try out beds without being hassled. Friendly and approachable staff.

Steven was very helpful, he had excellent knowledge of your products, & was very helpful in giving advice & answering all of our questions which led us to placing an order.

This was the first tome purchasing a bed and matress for myself. Went in and was approached as soon as I was through the doors. The salesman, Tam, was great, offered assistance and was friendly without being pushy for a sale, the right attitude completely! All the staff evidently got on, it was clean, they gave no nonsense advice about the important things while having a bit of banter as well. All roung great staff, who I would highly reccommend.

Assistant was very helpful. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about all the products I asked about. My partner wanted to look for a bed for us as well but I was too tired (disability) but will definitely go back to dreams and have same sales assistant. Very helpful staff who gave us advice but time and space

We were assisted by Tam. We had very specific requests or expectations of an ideal mattress. Tam listened to our concerns (we have a very expensive mattress that has not lived up to expectations and my partner has suffered from childhood arthritis, while I am currently suffering from a bad back due to the visprung we own). Spending yet another couple of £'s on a mattress was less than ideal, however if we found the correct bed that would suite both my partner and I we were ready to do it. We spent 2 hours trying the various mattresses, while Tam explained how each was was made up. We eventually graduated to the Flabby range and began to find our our expectations of the perfect mattress being met. Tam did not pressure us, kept us in coffee, gave us space when we were deliberating and kept an eye on us from time to time. We found him, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable about the products, and a non pressure sales person.I would definitely recommend Tam and the store in Eastleigh (although the building appeared to be closed for maintenance on first arrival - the balloons on the harris fencing led us in and I am very happy we did venture in.)

Our customer service was very good. The staff member serving us was very attentive and asked and answered lots of questions to help us all understand what we were looking for and what was available to us. We tried out a variety of mattresses and were shown several options to suit our needs.
