The sales representative gave us a quick tour telling us the details of each mattress type, which were colour coded. He then left us be until we had further questions about frames and left us to talk and decide what we liked. At no point did we feel obliged to buy anything and we were told quite simply "you either want to buy or you don't and it's your choice. I'm only here to help with the process" Tam showed us straight to a memory foam mattress which I ultimately purchased, despite almost having a heart attack at the price. After explaining the warranty and guarantee, we went to other beds and nothing compared. I was expecting to look at spring mattresses due to a bad experience with memory foam and Tam kindly explained that you do get what you pay for, so my hopes are high!

Very prompt offer of assistance and friendly staff. Knowledgeable and quick service. Also very tolerant and helpful in trying to entertain our 2 young boys!

We were given immediate friendly assistance & a lot of time. It was refreshing to find an assistant with such good product knowledge and never once were we made to feel that we were taking up time . He went through our choices and gave sound advice and made the whole experience easy for us & therefore enjoyable.

We visited yesterday afternoon and was served by Steve. He was knowledgeable and helpful and not pushy which we normally get with other specialist retailers.

The staff welcomed you into the shop and chatted about your needs and recommended/suggested various products. They provided refreshments and basically stayed with you the entire time you were there. Definitely a couple of hours well spent and, of course, we actually purchased a fantastic bed!
