Dreams - Eastleigh

This was our first visit and purchase at Dreams. We were greeted by two members of staff on entering the store, informed which colour code to view once they established our particular needs ,then we were left to browse. We did consult with Tam on 3 occasions before settling on our purchase. The payment procedure was quick and a delivery date settled in a matter of minutes. All in all, a very pleasant shopping experience.

Staff knew the products and did not try the hard sell

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Gave me all the information I needed and made my visit to Dreams, Eastleigh a pleasant shopping experience.

Nicky was excellent, her product knowledge was exceptional & she knew when to leave you to discuss purchase but I n hand if any queries.

We, my wife and I, went to the store with a specific idea for our new bed. Following several chats with the assistant and trying mattresses, she came up with a suggestion that we had not thought of, which followed up with us purchasing this suggestion. Nicky was a delight, very knowledgeable, friendly and thoughtful to our needs, she deserves a medal, 5 stars!!!

The sales assistant didn’t try to rush me, explained the differences between the products and how they worked, no pressure was put on me at any time, which is quite refreshing.

My partner and i had never been bed shopping before and were unsure what we were looking for, Steve understood this and was very patient and informative and got us trying many different types of mattress/beds until we found the one we liked, we never felt rushed or pressured and he was happy to answer any questions or concerns we have. we looked at other bed stores and we did not receive anywhere near the level of service we received from Steve at Dreams, which is a big reason for us buying our new bed from Dreams.
