The gentleman in the ponytail was very quick and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The knowledge and helpfulness of him was superb. Would definitely return because of his superb service.

Our assistant Tam was very knowledgeable and pointed out several options and explained the difference in mattresses we were interested in, then gave us space to discuss what we considered what was best for us. A short, pleasant shopping experience.

Customer service in the shop the member of the sales team was excellent. Explained that I was purchasing a bed for my invalid what qualities I was looking for from the bed. Was given excellent feedback show compassion and felt he cared. Was friendly felt comfortable and not the usual sleazy salesman you might get that just wants to selll you a product. The bed was high quality for the price we paid it was delivered in the time frame and my mum very satisfied with a bed I choose with ur salesperson advice. We totally use dreams on My next bed purchase and would highly recommend that store and the salesperson although it's a shame I didn't keep his name.
