Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We were offered a refreshment which was appreciated as it was a hot day. Didn't feel any pressure about having to buy, which made my husband and I feel comfortable and therefore spent time looking for what we wanted.

We were greeted on arrival by two staff members. We had only recently made a purchase from the same store, so knew the drill so to speak. However, it transpired that certain items had been included in the sale starting that day. These were pointed out to us and we were left to peruse the stock. Our queries were answered and we were able to make our selection and make our purchase. Having agreed a delivery date, we were on our way. Very quick and slick with a very personal touch.

From being greeted at the door, the offer of a drink and the assistance given, followed by the ease of purchase and arranging a delivery date.

Can not say for sure that i was highly satisfied with my experience as i still have not recieved my product so can not fully comment but the visit to the store was very helpful.... my assistant Tam was very helpful( offered us a cup of tea and even let us kindly use the staff toilet to change my young daughter in) the Information given was most helpful and even suggested other options for us too... On this basis i would return for sure..... might be very soon as my young daugther need the next size up bed very shortly and again Tam was most helpful with the information on the children beds. My Delivery is in July so can not comment on product satisfaction as yet but happy to comment on that nearer the time if you like?? Thanks so much.
