I was met very promptly. The assistant was knowledgeable and listened to my requests. I am disabled and he helped me with manoeuvring among the beds and getting comfortable on the beds I tried. He offered me a drink and was very friendly. He dealt with the paperwork quickly and efficiently and helped me to my car when I left. I would definitely come back again with service of this level.

The service was prompt and efficient. Our assistant Natasha was helpful without being pushy and directed us to a product that was withing our budget.

The assistance who served me by the name of David from Eastleigh store was very friendly and helped me with my needs. I told him specifically what I was looking for and he found a bed instantly that fit my criteria. He was knowledgeable as he talked about the bed's functions, materials, specification and even advised me to insure it. He was very patient and talked me through every step and ensured me about the quality of the bed. While going through the process of purchasing it, he offered me a drink and we had a nice chat. He was very lovely. I will definitely come back again to see him.

The branched we used and the 2 guys that were helping us out and giving advise were extremely helpful and friendly, and listened to our needs physically and financially, and created a happy and a relaxed experience.
