We were served by the Manager of the Eastleigh store, very polite and knowledgeable gave us a choice to assess our budget offered tea or coffee , ordered on Sunday delivered on the following Friday .Overall great service

Katie the store colleagues was great. I had booked for the sleep right test and also had an idea if what I was looking for. Katie was extremely helpful, none pushy a d a credit to Dreams. Whole experience was great from appointment to placing order.

Excellent helpful staff

We had come to the store intending to make a purchase and whilst there Steve provided thorough and knowledgable advice without pressurising us towards a sale.

Assistance from staff was exceptional and extremely friendly. We had two young children with us who were quite chaotic but the staff member helping us was brilliant with them and also very helpful with placing our order and understanding our needs.

Jack was incredibly helpful and supportive during our visit. He helped us find what we were looking for and went above and beyond making us as comfortable as possible. He also arranged the delivery team to adhere to stricter covid ppe guidelines to accommodate my needs.
