we were assisted with were we could find what we wanted almost straight away, after a few minutes which we were left to look we were joined by a very helpful assistant called Tam. The order placed , paid , and date for delivery all done very smoothly .

Salesperson was friendly but not pushy. He showed us suitable beds based on our requirements. He then left us to examine the beds, returning occasionally to check we were OK and offering tea/coffee. He gave us the right amount of space to decide without any pressure.

Visited Salisbury who had no items we wished to view on display she located these items to view in Eastleigh. Staff were friendly but relaxed respected the fact I’d researched products online and left me to check the items whilst offering relevant assistance where needed. No body likes a pushy sales assistant but your staff have perfected the right balance of knowledge and assistance but with respect for a customers personal space.
