The staff were all helpful and friendly without being pushy. They asked if we would like a drink and gave our two girls juice and some colouring to do to keep them occupied.

Served by Nicky who was very efficient, offered a drink, and we discussed various options.

Tom the sales assistant was very friendly and professional he even offered us a cup.of tea he asked what we were looking for and then showed us several beds which he encouraged us to try when we had decided what we wanted he then went over the costs and extras. He really made our experience a great one .
