Was approached as soon as entering the store and was helped with products to match my needs

Friendly and helpful staff. She recommended a pillow which we bought and have found to be great. Also got a cup of coffee. Relaxed atmosphere, no pressure selling

Dave was very helpful and knowledgable. Completing the purchase even after the store had closed

The sales man steve was very patient with me I just had bad luck with another bed company and he worked his hardest trying to get me a bed asap, he put up and entertained my two teenage children who were getting bored and helped me choose the right bed and matress for my needs.

The lady that seved me was very knowledgeable.i was loking at one make but i changed to the better matress following her advice. Del within a week .very explanitary details etc. I was in and out within 20 mins .delivery next monday so hopefuly all wil be good

The sales lady that approached us on arrival was not pushy in any way but showed us the bed frame that we were interested in and the fact that it was well built. She also pointed us in the direction of other bed frames that they had on sale because she knew we weren't interested in a divan. After we had taken a look around the store and told her that there was only one other bed frame we liked the look of she did say that it also came in the colour we liked but it didn't have the build quality of the original one we had shown an interest in. To be honest... we didn't really intend to actually go away with a new bed that day and only wandered in because we liked the look of the bed in the window. The lady sales assistant was fantastic and if she had been pushy we would have just walked out. Well done to Nicky for a job well done. I hope all of your sales assistants take a leaf from her book.

Nicky was very helpful and not at all pushy.She understood our needs
