Had ongoing back problems,was advised that this mattress was the best for my back by sales assistance and her colleagues ,I do hope that they were right.

Gentleman Steve was friendly & knowledgeable, wasn’t at all pushy & knew when to walk away when we were discussing the discussion between yourselves, offer us a drink.

We visted Dreams knowing that you were the only seller with the EVE matress available to veiw and try. When we arrived (Eastleigh branch) were were presently greeted by Steve who asked us about what we were after and if he could help. He was very knowlageable about the products and showed us a few products that fitted what we were looking for. Once we found what we were going to purchase Steve walked us through the financing process; offering drinks, being very kind and professional through the process. Would recommend the branch in a heartbeat, amazing staff.

Second bed we have bought at Dreams and the service was just as good.r

The assistance we received from Steve was excellent. He did not put us under any 'hard sell' during our visit. My wife had a phone call regarding the passing away of a relative during our visit and Steve showed compassion and understanding and made us a cracking cup of tea. It was nice to feel like a valued customer even though, at the time, we had not committed to any purchase. The range of products on display gave us a good chance to make an informed decision on what would be a purchase that we only plan to do once every 15 years.

My mother has alzheimer's and the gentleman who served us spent the time explaining how everything worked. Showing her personally not just talking to me. He had very good product knowledge and explained all the differences in the beds and mattresses. He also advised us about the VAT reduction.

everything was good and the Lady did not rush us.
