Tam was extremely helpful. He was very approachable and showed us around the bed frames we had asked to see. When we realised the frames were a little too big, he instantly had a solution which was the ottoman divan style bed - with a smaller footprint we were able to find a base that would fit where we wanted it. He clearly understood what we needed and recommended a few different mattresses. We ended up buying one of the ones he recommended and were very happy with the value of the order.

Steve was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with us while we decided on the right product to choose. He was a very nice salesman and was not pushy at all.

This was our first visit to Dreams in our search for a new bed. The staff were so helpful and friendly explaining how each mattress worked. As this was our first priority finding a mattress with the right comfort level and we didn't realise how much choice there was. What was really helpful was that each mattress was colour coded for each comfort level helping us narrow down our choice. Rob was really great with us and patient as we needed to make the right decision, your staff are brilliant as there is no hard sell or pressure to buy. We could look at our own leisure until we needed assistance,

We went to Peter green to buy a bed as we have previously shopped there. We were ignored and when we asked for help the assistant couldn't be bothered and finally gave us a price for their own brand memory foam bed. We left the store and popped into dreams on the way home. We were met by an assistant that explained the store lay out and asked us what we were looking for. Whilst we explained we wanted memory foam she explained the difference between full memory foam, a partial memory foam and the version with gel. We were offered a tea or coffee and we were invited to try the beds. We established we wanted tempur and then the firmness and then we got to choose a colour for our bed frame. The assistant - Natasha - was knowledgeable, patient and made us feel very welcome without being pushy. We bought the pillows she recommended, mattress protector and the remove your old mattress and bed service as well as the bed and tempur mattress. It was such a different experience to Peter Green, The only disappointment is we need to wait till 12th September for delivery and there was no big discount on the tempur.

Excellent customer service and a good range of products. Natasha who served us was very friendly and her expertise and advise was outstanding.

Sales assistant Tam was very friendly and personable, made honest reccomendations and did not oversell. Fantastic sales assistant.

Natasha was extremely helpful in assisting with the purchase of a bed and mattress, in particular she offered advice in choosing a mattress and spent time helping us choose the right one within our budget.

The staff were friendly but not pushy. They listened to requirements, made suggestions and were patient.
