We were greeted by David in a friendly manner who once we explained our requirements suggested the product which we finally bought. He showed a good degree of knowledge in the product which was in the sale with a 50% discount. Deliveryof the mattress was arranged. We were kept informed as to the timing, and on arrival it was "installed" by Mitchell and his assistant in a friendly and professional manner.

The retail assistant - Tam- was very welcoming, without being pushy, knowledgeable and efficient. The store was very busy but nothing was too much trouble. The coffee was a nice touch!

The whole experience was made easy by excellent staff trained to a high level and their ability to understand my needs

Nicky the consultant was very efficient and helpful. She gave us all the options and we were not pressured to getting the most expensive mattress.

Great service from Natasha, she was helpful, informativ and assisted me in thinking thorugh available options

First time we managed to get what we wanted within 20-30 minutes and paid the whole amount and without waking our baby son. Top mission in and out.

The wonderful lady who served us In the store,Nicky, was so helpful and very knowledgeable on the products. I was looking for a very specific bed for a project and she helped my find the best one with a nice mattress. Also, whilst we waited we were give a cup of coffee! What’s not great about that! The staff in the store were wonderful and answered any questions we had with ease. Will recommend the store to friends and family!

The salesman was helpful, knowledgeable and even made us a cuppa!
