With obviously biased and conflicting information online it was nice to be able to try various types of mattresses in store. The sales assistant was informative and helpful without being pushy giving us plenty of time to make up our minds.

I was served by Steve who was very helpful showing me various beds and explained all different types, started with a coffee and then progressed to mattresses and then types of head boards and to floor with storage or as I chose plenty of room for vacuuming under neath the bed.

Members of staff helped me to find what I was looking for very quickly. They were very friendly and offered hot beverages.

THE SALES ASSISTANT WAS VERY HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING ALL THE DIFFERENT MATTRESSES AND THE FIRMNESS TO EACH ONE

We were thrilled with the friendly assistance we were given by Nicola. She was so very helpful and welcomed us so well into the store. She was able to answe all our questions competently whilst entertaining our two year old daughter (who was thrilled with her balloon and hug with the big teddy!). Would highly recommend.

Tam the salesman was Brilliant-explained the difference between the support of the mattress's and the fact that the Tempur mattress felt cool which it does. He gave pillows to use whilst trying out the beds-walked out with 1 each!(paid for of course). Also 10 out of 10 for his Barista Skills!!! nice very drinkable cup of coffee-Not machine made makes a pleasant change I must say

We had a few items we were interested in looking at and explained this to the sales person who was very polite and helpful and showed us to the items we asked about. He was very knowledgeable , helpful and not pushy at all (which makes a nice change to other stores) He told us his opinion on the items and even showed us a few alternatives. Which were within our budget etc so that was great.

No pressure by sales men , very informative and helpful , wide range all to be followed up a hot drink while we could make our choice .

Was approached at a reasonable time after entering the store, Shown choice of type of bed we had asked for. Advised on the mechanics of the bed. Advised on the type of mattress to buy. Given details of prices, guarantees and other pertinent information and importantly did not feel put under pressure.

Steve was so fantastically helpful throughout the entire selection process. I never felt pressured and he gave my partner and I plenty of time to our selves to come to the right decision for us! I would highly recommend this store to friends and family as it was the complete opposite to the pushy false environment that you would come to expect when making such a purchase. Thank you Steve!!
