Dreams - Eastleigh

We did not intend to buy on our visit but just to look. we were greeted byTam who showed us around and explained beds and our needs. after a while he offered us a deal which we could not refuse so bought our choice. However when we got home we saw that the headboard would be too high. So we went back to the shop and saw Tam again and explained our problem and very calmly he put us at ease and amended our order so everyone was happy. Not only would I recommend this store but to see Tam he was amazing. A big thank you.

Tam at Eastleigh branch was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and we ended up with exactly what we needed. Brilliant!

The lady that served us was very good indeed. Here name was Nicola - we were extremely impressed as she was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and very patient with our questions. She never pressurised us to buy anything else. In fact we came to buy one bed but ended up with two beds

I have purchased from Dreams before, and have always received good service, and a good quality product. For this purchase I've already made two visits (one to Southampton and one to High Wycombe). On both occasions the service and knowledge was very good. But today surpassed even that. I was advised mainly by Nicky who was charming, knowledgeable and went out of her way to help me (not to mention making a very good cup of coffee). Also had some interaction with David who remembered me from a previous visit (also charming and knowledgeable!). And best of all, the facility to place the order conditional on a very frustrating and lengthy house purchase, and the flexibility of changing delivery dates at short notice, and even getting a deposit refund if the worst happens and the purchase falls through means that I was completely confident in the purchase. A great relief in the midst of a lot of frustration.

We were approached by the salesman with in 1 minute of arriving and we were shown various mattresses to choose from and it was explained clearly what the differences were. We made our choice and was pleased how quickly it could be delivered. Pleasant experience.

We were greated by a friendly customer service rep, Rob in Eastleigh, who was friendly and not pushy. He showed us how the store worked and ask qustions to get a better idea of what we needed and could direct us to what we needed from our responses.

Very friendly staff and were very helpful in the fact that we were in a hurry as we had to be at an appointment. They were very understanding and helpful with delivery dates as well.

Steve was very friendly, knowledgeable and understood our needs. He got us a great deal on our order and we were very pleased that we decided to visit the store rather than shop online.
