We were greeted at the door by a lovely sales woman named nicky, I explained my needs and wants, she helped us to find the perfect bed and mattress nothing was to much trouble, we got to try 6 different mattress that fit our needs and found the perfect one with her support as well as our dream bed, when checking out everything was clearly explained, we were made a lovely cup of tea, we didn't feel rushed or pushed to get anything we didn't want really very happy and would 100% go back, it was like going to a shop and meeting a friend who really cared about what you wanted fantastic customer service

Jack was approachable and was able to help us straight away. He knew exactly what we were looking for and asked if we needed additional items. We got special offers on a mattress protector and a duvet which I would otherwise have had to look for elsewhere. Jack was efficient and knowledgable and helpful. We were in store no longer than 15 mins. An excellent experience and we will be going back again to replace out mattress!

I didn’t have a glue what kind of bed/mattress I wanted, Rob the assistant was so inviting and me feel as ease , helped me to find the mattress that would suit me , he was very knowledgeable and helpful, I am really very grateful for his help

I visited the Eastleigh store and Nicky the shopping assistant there was fantastic! I just bought my daughter a bunk bed and she was amazing with giving information about the correct size of mattress that would be comfortable whilst also being safe for her to be on the top bunk without falling off. She took the time to find us the right mattress and wasn't pushy at all. She also recommended us a great extra in extended protection for our mattress against accident damage which came with a free mattress protector. Overall my shopping experience was great and I would definitely return. Again Nicky was fantastic so if this does get read it would be great if someone recognised her as I feel she really deserves it being so helpful and happy after such a difficult year.
