Dreams - Eastleigh

I have never had a brand new bed before - and I'm 56! So it was very exciting visiting a proper bed shop and trying out beds. The assistant was very good rumoured, did not hurry us and tried to find what we were looking for. He gave an impression nothing was too much trouble and we could take as long we liked..He chatted to us quite a lot, especially as we had just got married.

We were met by a friendly worker steve, he was helpful listened to what we wanted, explained in our terms what each product done, spent time walking around with us, gave us time alone to discuss everything we had looked at and tried. He was thoughtful knowledgeable and very happy for us to take our time rather than rush us and push us to what he wants us to buy. Overall really happy with everything about the purchase and wpuld definately go bqck and already recommended to our friends.

This was an addition to an order already placed. As before, the service I received from David was of a very high standard. He was pleasant and friendly, and has a good sense of humour. He was relaxed and informal, but also professional. I would always choose this Dreams store over others if at all possible, largely because of the staff there.

I didn't feel rushed or pressurised to make a decision, Steve was very helpful going back over things I wasn't sure about. This is important to me as I have M.E./CFS and have difficulty taking in new information.

Went to bensons for beds and the guy whizzed is round the shop and showed us products well out our price range. Walked in to dreams and Tam was amazing, he listened to what we really wanted and pointed us in the right direction and left us to make our decision without feeling any pressure. He offered us tea and coffee, he interacted with our daughter and was genuinely a laugh too. Overall experience amazing!
