Dreams - Eastleigh

When we entered the store we were greeted by a sales advisor who asked if we wanted help without being overpowering, which was great as we needed a mattress and obviously the store is full of them and we had no idea where to start! The salesman asked some questions which enabled him to show us some examples of different types of mattress so we could get an idea of the differences as well as guiding us to ones he thought were the type we were after. The mattress was for my son and the salesman encouraged him to get on the beds to try them out and spoke to him about how he found them which is lovely as other places we'd been to spoke to me as though my son wasn't there. We found the one he liked and the salesman took us through prices and warranty and spoke to my son about how keep his mattress in the best condition for longer, whilst the salesman was sorting the mattress protector another salesman engaged my son in a conversation about football and then once we were sorted the salesman put the mattress in our car. All done in about 20 minutes and the whole process was made really easy for us by the salesman, his name was Steve. Thank you Steve :)

The service, assistance and knowledge of the sales assistant was excellet

Tam the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable, he also allowed me the space to consider my purchase without feeling pushed into it.

Was greated warmly by one of the shop assistance he was very welcoming and very knolagable about what we wanted gave us as much time as we wanted and when it came time to order was offered a cuppa or coffee and explained the process of ordering and about the driver's delivering process was well impressed with the guy would definitely recommend dreams to friends and family.

Tam was very friendly and helpful during the whole process and explained everything clearly. His product knowledge was excellent and was able to answer all the questions we had with ease. The store is well laid out and bright, which makes it very easy to see the products available and make our decision. We visited a few of your competitors for quotes and found dreams to have the best quality products and fastest delivery time this side of Christmas, this is why we chose to make this large purchase with you.

Sales person gave the information we needed to make our decision. He was not pushy which rates really highly in our estimation as when we encounter that sort of sales we are 100% likely to leave the store.
