Steve was great, and so were the whole team. Everyone was friendly and helpful and always available to assist!

We were greeted with a cheery hello on our arrival and then left to browse and when we needed assistance the staff were very helpful. I told them my needs and they helped me find the right mattress for me. All 3 staff were cheerful and very helpful and we were even given a cup of tea to warm us up on a cold December afternoon.

The team at Eastleigh were all very helpful, ensuring that both myself and my partner were well looked after offering us a coffee and giving our little one a balloon to keep her happy. This is the second time I have used this store and will defiantly use it again.

Very friendly staff

The member of staff who dealt with us was very knowledgeable about the products available. He listened to what we wanted and made suggestions he then showed us the products he thought fitted our requests and gave us time to try out and make a decision. When we explained that we wanted something a bit more soft that what we had been shown he made more suggestions which we purchased.

David in the Eastleigh store was very helpful on the day of the sale. I had visited the store previously and I have to say all staff were friendly and there to assist. No pressure to buy they let you decide for yourself but with helpful advice. Great service

Friendly and helpful service

Rob the store manager at Eastleigh approached us to see if we needed help and explained the colour coding of the beds around the store and asked what we were looking for in store. We were initially just browsing for a new mattress, but Rob took us around 6 different mattresses to try out and explained how they were constructed and special features etc. We thought we wanted medium firmness, but tried soft aswell and ended up making the long outstanding purchase. Rob was very clear on finance options and going through the order etc. Overall extremely happy with service, friendliness and knowledge of Rob and that we will have a fab new mattress before Xmas! Pleas pass on our thanks to Rob and the other guy in the store who approached us before Rob
