Was looking for a bed base and your employers were very helpful.

Staff were helpful but not pushy. Staff showed me a range of products suitable for my preferences/ requirements and were able to give me good advice and detail of the products. Staff gave me time alone to view/try the products shown whilst checking I was happy with this. This gave me the space I wanted to look at the products and make my decision without feeling under pressure to make a choice.

The assistant was very friendly and not at all pushy.

Rob was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He made sure he answered all our questions and made suitable suggestions as and when appropriate. He arranged a cup of coffee and was not at all pushy.

Friendly, helpful assistance with purchase but not pushy. Attentive to my 3 year old daughter helping us feel at ease when trying out the different mattresses. An overall great experience and will go back again to that store.
