Exceptionally able , knowledgeable and friendly advice and service from Colleague " Rob" who had a plethora of options to show us and permit us to try out.

Steven the store assistant, asked if we would like assistance, was extremely helpful then left us to make our decision was around if we needed more assistance but was never pushy. His knowledge of the products was was very good. We were offered tea and coffee on two separate occasions but declined. We would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams to our friends and family.

We were helped by "Tam" who was brilliant ! He was informative, helpful and very patient even on our fourth visit back to the store. Our order was placed by "Rob" who processed it quickly and efficiently and was very pleasant.

The sales person dealing with us today was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the product that we came to look at. We were not necessarily going to buy a mattress today during our visit, but were so impressed with the sales person, that we went ahead and made the purchase. He was a credit to the company.

The staff were attentive but not pushy, knowledgeable about the products on offer, and happy to discuss individual requirements. The store was well laid out with a good selection of beds and sale offers.
