We were initially welcomed and asked if we would like assistance. After saying we just wanted to look the lady said ok but if we would like help to contact her. We then looked around making a list of what we liked. After about 15 minutes the lady came back and asked if she could explain the colour scheme on the beds which was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable. We then did go to 2 other shops who were good but not as helpful and friendly as in your store so we returned and after further talk with the assistant we purchased our mattress.

The member of staff (Tam - Eastleigh store) was brilliant. He understood our need, listened to our concerns, explained the details in a friendly and knowledgeable way, without being patronising. No hard sell.
