Rob the store manager could not have been more helpful. Nothing was rushed and we were treated as though we were the only customers, he even made us a cup of tea.

Nicola was polite and very knowledgeable and treated us with upmost respect

We wanted to look for a new bed and mattress, greeted by a friendly member of staff Tam, identified where the products we were interested in were in the store. Got good advice, choose the products and paperwork done quickly.

The staff member (Nicky/Nicola) was extremely helpful from the moment we stepped through the door, offering her help. Very friendly and understanding of our needs and great with our hyper/emotional 2 year old boy!

The gentleman who served us was excellent. He asked if if we needed any assistance whilst we were grousing. We said we were fine for now and he left us until we came back down to discuss a bed. He stood with us whilst we discussed the two options we had and explained the difference in the 2 beds we were debating over. He then told us about the 8 year guarantee on the mattress as this was something we were concerned over. When we realised that for everything we needed for the bed we couldn't quite stretch to he went and spoke to someone and managed to give us a small discount "his comission" so that we could afford to purchase the bed we wanted. So a humongous thank you to Tam for everything he did for us today!!

Staff were not overly pushy, they asked what we were looking for and what information we needed, gave us all their attention and made us feel really welcome, just like vising a family member. We took ages to chose a mattress but the sales assistant steve completely understood the different ways that would help us make a final decision, giving us so much detail and information on the product and other options so that we would be completely satisfied we had made the right choice. We have an autistic daughter who can often cause problems when in pubic, this was probably the first shopping experience we`ve had where she was treated like any other normal child and she behaved perfectly, so extra thanks to steve.

The products required was easy to find, plus Rob made us feel really welcome into the store and the knowledge he had for all products made it very easy to make a decision to purchase on the day, Rob was a great help with this purchase

Found the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly, gave us just the right amount of space to explore and discuss, no hard sales tactics.

Katie was on hand to offer any friendly advice but also left us to try for ourselves. We were also offered tea and coffee during our visit
