Rob, the store manager greeted us as we entered the store and made us feel welcome and comfortable. He quickly understood our needs and was able to take us through an excellent range of mattresses that were within our requirements. His manner and customer service is excellent. His knowledge of products helped us with our final choice which we are very happy with. Will definitely return.

Tam, the gentleman who dealt with us remembered us from visiting the store back in the summer when we were first looking for a new mattress but due to boiler trouble we had to put getting a new mattress on hold. Tam remembered both mattresses which we had been looking at and ran through the differences between them to help us with our choice, which was great as I'm really indecisive! Haha! We had a lovely experience, even offered us a drink, while we did the paper work and paid. The whole experience was a real pleasure and will deff go back next time we need a new mattress etc and would highly recommend the store to anyone!

The assistant was extremely knowledgeable and spent time talking us through the options. We were offered tea and given time to reflect on what we wanted. Our assistant, Tam was particularly helpful but all the colleagues were friendly. We were pleased to be able to fit our delivery date in with our plans and still benefit from the sale price. We were happy to be able to spread the cost of our purchase with interest free credit

We were served by Katie. I was with my 87 year old Mother, (not in the best health) and Katie was kind patient, sympathetic and understanding. She was also very knowledgeable about her products, and served us superbly.

Could not fault the staff or selection

We were greeted in an extremely friendly manor by 'tam' who asked us what we were looking for and if he could help with anything. We had a specific bed in mind, so he showed us where it was and left us to browse with no pressure. We then looked around at other options and Tam was extremely helpful in what we were looking for. The order was quick, simple, and we couldn't be happier. Delivery is a bit longer than we would have liked (14th Feb) but we are just excited to get our new bed!!

Staff were friending inviting, helpful, the show room was laid out well. we were given lots of time to make up our mind we were advised but never pushed. 2nd night sleeping on our new mattress and it is total bliss!! delivery people were amazing, helpful, friend and very polite.

Nicky served us, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about beds. She gave us the information but then went away so we could think and talk with each other. We purchased a king size bed, we were more than happy with the service.

Assistant was very helpful and explained an initial misunderstanding.
